Strawberry Mousse??

Anyone used or have a recipe for a strawberry mousse/cream filling? I am going to use this as a filling for WASC.

I just whip up heavey whipping cream, use a whip cream stabelizer, and put in a few spoonfuls of stawberry jam, quick, easy, get alot of yums on it from customers...

you can use gelatin as a whip cream stabilizer. I sometimes use instant pudding.

you can fold in strawberry filling or preserves into Rich's bettercreme...makes a terrific mousse-y filling.

I usually use real whipping cream instead of Cool whip but both are fantastic! Just remember it needs to be refrigerated!
You can also take a vanilla butter cream and fold in fresh smashed strawberries, yummy!
