Hi CC,

I have just started experimenting with gum paste and was wondering what the final shelf life was for made flowers? Is is like royal icing...keep it dark,dry and sealed up tight and they last forever or do they have an expiration date after they have been formed?

they last for quite a long time...I wouldn't seal them up in plastic or anything like that because if it has moisture in it...yuck...
a cardboard box in someplace cool and dry..would be fine..make sure there is packing material as they are frigile and will break easily.
