My husband is a FIEND for these things, and I wanted to make him an actual cake that tastes similar for Father's Day. The cake part and the marshmallow I think I have got under control, but I am not sure what I would do about chocolate? Buttercream seems too heavy, and I am not sure how to accomplish a good texture using only chocolate. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I would think that ganache would be what you want to put on it. That would be almost perfect unless you just poured melted choc on it...
