I want to make a "naughty" cake for my bestfriend bridal shower. The receipe requires buttercream icing before placing MMF. First time baking, ever. I tried to look for it in the stores but can't find it.

Thanks

here is a link to wilton recipe section to make buttercream. You can also go to a Michaels and buy wilton brand.

Most bakery/cake supply stores sell it in buckets.

It's also super easy to make, and there are lots of great recipes here on CC in the "frostings" section!

Good luck, and WELCOME TO CAKE CENTRAL!!!

You can buy it at bulkbarn but I make mine for cakes and one recipie makes 3 cups. I suggest making it becasue you knows what goes in it.
there are recipies on here for it but if you want also I can give you the one I use.
