I'm excited about this so I had to share! I just tried a new recipie of mine for chocolate fondant, it tastes so good!!! I have to let it sit for a while before I try to work with it. I hope it handles as good as it tastes! I have a cake for Saturday that I want to use it for. If it doesn't work well I have a back up but cross your fingers for me that it will roll out well!
