Hi All
I have been asked to make a cake that I think would look best if I did it sculpted, but I am not having any luck findig directions on how to do so. Has anyone done a sculpted cake (animal) that would be willing to give my some how to's? Or is there a site out there that will explain how to do a sculpted cake?

Thanks in advance

Oh too cool AimeeA !! When you're done with it, I'd love to see a picture of it... I'm also from Louisiana icon_smile.gif

Here's instructions for a sculpted armadillo...close as I could find. Has a lot of good info that I think could be translated into a crawfish.

OMG Thank you so much. It just came to me how to do it using some of the shaped pans that I have. Thanks again for all of the help. I will post the pics when I am done.

That's great! You'll have to let us know which pan you use. I'm always looking for alternate uses.
