Ok.....I've worked in a bakery, and then took some dec courses, and tomorrow I'm walking in for my first interview for a dec job. I saw an ad in the paper that advertised $10-$16/ hr. (not the job int. I'm going to tomorrow), so I'm guessing this is standard for the Dallas Metroplex?
What should I request/expect as my rate? I do very good work, but no 'real' dec experience. -Shanna-
