Hi everyone I'm still going crazy here over the serving sujestions and still haven't found something that would help me out. All my clients are latin and pretty much everyone I know serves much bigger portions of cake than the standard portions listed on most of the charts has anyone made a chart of bigger portions for party cakes??? if you have would you please please pleeeeeeeeeas share it with me!
I have not tried it yet but I have seen the suggestion from someone here (sorry, I don't remember who posted it) .
They said to turn your cake pan over and cover with a piece of paper and mark off the portions that you think will be realistic for the event/people you are doing the cake for.
