Can leftovers from the Buttercreme Dream Recipe - posted on this site- be frozen? I was thinking maybe you could freeze it, then thaw it and whip it again. Has anyone tried this? Thanks in advace. I LOVE this recipe BTW - it is my favorite!

BC Dream does crust but i'm not sure about the freezing part. I think it was Agentcakebaker who submitted the recipe. Maybe you could p.m. her and see if she's tried freezing it. HTH

Yes, you can freeze it. I've done it and have had no problems with it at all. Just thaw and rewhip and it's good as new.
