I will be a vendor at a public event in August, and I'm setting up a table to promote my business. My question is: what would you suggest I do to prepare for this event: I will have to provide hundreds of samples of my cakes. What is the best way to do this? Any suggestions for large amounts of samples???

How about mini cupcakes?

I'd go for mini cupcakes or 1-layer sheet cakes cut into small squares.

Mini cupcakes are a great idea...now for another question. How far in advance can I make them, and I can I feeze them already iced in bc?

I've done petit fors and get rave reviews. I use the mini-muffin pans for them.

might be nice to have a variety so they can see your options--minicupcakes, petit fors and rolled decorated sugar cookies. the petit fors and cookies you can make and freeze (haven't done that with cupcakes, though I'm sure it would be just as good) that way, all done in advance and no last minute stress.

Bake the cupcake in advance and freeze them all.I do this with all my cupcakes.Ice them a day or two before.I would pour the icing on it will go faster.add a little piped flower ontop.Viola!!
