I have a request for the Wedding Cake to be cheesecake! I've never even made cheesecake other than the easy no bake kind. I assume they are wanting the satellite cakes to be the cheescake and the main cake will be a white cake. Has anyone ever done this and Do you decorate the cheescakes? Wedding is in September - Please help!

No problem - cheesecakes can be iced and decorated the same as any other cake. Want proof? Check out this super web site:

Good luck

That site is great...but I would start experimenting right now if you plan on taking the order. Cheesecakes are tempermental, and you have to find the right recipe so that they are good and sturdy enough to stack/decorate like "normal" cakes. The no bake kind are too airy, and wouldn't work...so I think your family/friends are going to be eating a lot of cheesecake in the near future. Good luck!
