I have never added white chocolate melted squares to my bc recipe, can anyone tell me if it will still crust?
The bc I use is mostly crisco because I live in Texas and it is hot and humid. I really need it to be a crusting bc so any tips would be helpful.
Thanks

Yes, I add melted chocolate (white and regular) to my basic buttercream recipe all the time and do not have a problem with crusting. You will probably need to add more liquid though.
