I have Colette Peter's Birthday Cakes book. In it she has the recipe for rolled fondant.. she states you can use glucose or corn syrup, which Karo makes. I'm planning on making fondant this weekend and planned to use light corn syrup since I can't find glucose at Michael's. Hope this helps. icon_lol.gif

I never use glucose, always light corn syrup but some brands are a little yellow, less clear than others and some seem thinner (like it is a little watered down).
