tonight I was finally able to make Ham, Potatoe & cheese casserole I got from daltonam, and I must say it went over Great!! My BF told me I could definitely make it again and our guest really liked it too. We also had green beans, croissants, and I had a mixed fruit of watermellon and cantalope with it.

It will definitely go on our menu again.

Hmmmm....I had a mini parfait with some leftover key lime cake, strawberries and blueberries...along with a couple little blobs of raspberry BC (French BC - no powdered sugar or crisco involved....mmmm lol). But we're having burgers in a while with corn on the cob and nuked sweet potatoes. icon_biggrin.gif

And now, for those of you looking for yummy dinner ideas, lean cuisine - spaghetti and meat (?) sauce for me; glazed chicken for dh. Plus, leftover Pei Wei and salad. Then fudgesickle for me; brown cow for dh. Next, a couple of handfuls of nuts.

Now I am looking for something to eat! icon_rolleyes.gificon_wink.gif

We grilled steak on the BBQ and sliced it really thin and rolled it up on buttered tortillas with salsa. It was great!

tonight it was sandwiches without bread!!! You take long leaves of lettuce (romaine lettuce is great) and in it you put everything you put in a sandwich: meat, cheese, mayo, ketchup, mustard, tomatoes and so on.... You roll and eat!!! it's like a wrap but with lettuce, and yummy. Kids just love those, besides they get to make their own!!!!
