What sizes are you planning on using?
Will you be using buttercream or fondant?
Will there be filling?
How about flavor?
A lot of these will help to figure out how much to charge.
For a topsy-turvy cake like this I would start at $3.00 a slice for buttercream icing and filling. For any of the extras my price would go up from there.
