I know that somewhere in this forum is a very easy tutorial for stacking cakes. However, I have not yet found it and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction... or share the secrets to stacking cakes.

I admit it... I'm terrified of making a stacked cake. Just scares the crud right out of me, so I've not done it yet. However, I am planning a 3 tier cake for the 4th of July but I have no idea how to do it.

So any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!

That is so what I need a book "Stacked cakes for dummies", lol!! I am doing my first one this weekend and I have been having dreams of it toppling over after I get it complete! Here is an article that I have been studying: http://www.cakecentral.com/article23-Teired-Stacked-Cake-Construction.html. Good luck to you!
