My favorite way is an extra egg, french vanilla coffee creamer instead of water and vanilla pudding

You can add a 4th egg, a cup of sour cream 1/3 veg oil, 1/4 sugar, 1/4 water and a tsp vanilla. That seems to work well with any type of cake. Every time I have used the FV, my customers like it using just the box directions with a white chocolate frosting.

My favorite way is to add one small box of vanilla instant pudding and to replace the water with milk.

2% or I prefer whole milk if using milk in place of water

So if the box is calling for 3 eggs you would add 4? Just want to be sure because if the box says to add 3 I only add 2.

If a box calls for 3 eggs, I would put 4 eggs into the batter.

So it would be box recipe + 1.
