I just finished this cake, and I just don't feel good about it. I am trading a friend for a $65 diaper bag/sling combo. Do you think this would be a fair trade? What do you think?

How cute! Maybe a few more spots on the bottom of the cake but I think it looks good, definitely a fair trade.

I think it's really cute and you did a great job. I don't think it's a $65 cake though. So you might owe her some money on top of the cake trade.

What a cute dragon cake, and it looks like it feeds a lot of people!! If you feel the bottom is naked, you could put some claws on his feet. But definately great job! Jen

I would not even post if I wasn't sincere. I think you did a great job.

I thought the same thing you may want to add spots on the bottom. But, when I thought about it when you see pics of Dragons they only have spots on the top.

Thank you everybody! I added some "toes" that are the color of the spots, and I think it adds just enough to the bottom. It was looking plain down there. I am trying to exactly copy the dinosaur on the invitation, so I didn't want to add much, but it needed something.

It is a really big cake. It's 24" x 16"!!

Love the cake! What did you use to get the letters so perfect? I made a cake this weekend and my cutters were WAY too big, so it looks funny. Are those freehand? Thanks!
