I got the colour accidentally. I used the half butter recipe and royal blue and ended up with Tiffany blue.

Most people have used wilton "teal" paste colour, but I have also read using wilton sky blue with a touch of lemon yellow.

this is what I do, but I have also used a smidgen of teal.
