The best clear vanilla i've ever had is put out by Watkins its double strength so a bottle goes twice as far.

I only use Adams Clear Vanilla in my icing and I always get raves!

I only use real Butter and real Vanilla in recipes I can tell the difference and I'm sure my customers can.

Imatation vanilla leaves an aftertaste. I recently read that it is made up of chemicals.

Cooks magazine actually did a taste testing with chef's a while back, and the vanilla that won out over all (real and imitation) was the CVS Imitation Vanilla. You also cannot get a pure white icing with real vanilla - so those of us that want the pure white have to use the artificial stuff.
