I am asking for advice on what to use for filling that would go with the White Almond Sour Cream Cake? I just made it for the first time today and it smells so delicious. I can't wait to try some of the scraps left over from torting. thanks.

My familys fav is a rasberry filling. I there is a recipe on here that is really thick and wont soak into the cake.

Also if you like rasberry I found a WONDERFUL flavored coffee creamer. International Delights White Chocolate Rasberry!!! If you replace some of the liquid with this it is the most devine cake ever.

I had seen the thread about the coffee creamer and figured I would give it a try next time. It sounds awesome. I think I might try the raspberry filling.

I just wanted to second the raspberry filling. I used the Rich Cream Filling recipe to fill WASC cupcakes:

It was delicious!
I then iced the cupcakes with buttercream dream flavoured with raspberry puree. Yummy!
