i promise my mama taught to read direction & no wonder my white cake mixes are light yellow I ADDED THE WHOLE EGG & THE EXTRA I WAS TOLD TO FOR TEXTURE please tell me they are gonna taste okay.......

I use dh classic white mixes and I use the whole egg all of the time. They always turn out fine!

The main difference you will find is it won't be as white with the whole egg and it will be slightly denser but taste wise it will be fine !
