Can anyone tell me how to make baby mint green coloured icing??

It's for a baby shower cake this week. I have leaf green, juniper green and kelly green.

I know I'd have to add a tiny bit in order to get a light pastel baby green, but which one should I use?? icon_confused.gif

Thanks in advance. icon_smile.gif

I've used just a little leaf green to get a mint green before, but it's brighter than if you use a little kelly green. I'd say just try both. Get a little dish an try each color. It will only take a little frosing and then you'll know which you like best.

I would go with just a tiny bit of the Kelly Green.....the juniper is a mossy color so you don't want that one.....and between the leaf green and the kelly greeen, the kelly green is just a bit softer to begin with so I think if you use a very small amount you would come up with mint.
