You can sometimes buy it from a good cake decorating store or oder it on-line. There are many good vendors on-line that sell it, some even come in different thicknesses and colors, such as Beryl's, or Cake Craft Shoppe.

If you have a Whole Food market anywhere around you they have them.... Or any type of Health Food stores will have them.... You know those stores that sell basically organic foods......I know for a fact they have wafer and rice paper
