Does anyone have a recipe for "buttercream icing" for cookies that will crust or harden enough to stack the cookies or put them in a small bag for cookie bouquets?

Buttercream will not dry hard enough to stack them.

You can use royal icing, or Antonia's icing, or glace (Toba Garrets)

These are in the recipe forum. Royal dries hard and fast, so does Antonia's version. The glace doesn't dry as hard and takes a bit longer.

I Think Alices cookie icing is also there. It has some butter in it, so it dries a bit softer, but you can still stack the cookies. It does take overnight to dry completely.
