i really don't want to use the 3d cake pan from wiltons. has anyone ever carved a cake into a train with the caboose, engine and some boxcars? help, i need it by saturday thanks so much icon_redface.gif

I have........you can see it in my photos......all I did was cut a 9x13 in half lengthwise I think and cut one of the halves into thirds and stacked them up on top of the one half and then added some fudge striped cookies for the round part of the engine and then some vanilla wafers for the parts on the side........I'll post a pic from someone else that shows a halfway through pic..it's what helped me when I made mine....the box cars were just cakes baked in a bread pan and cut to the sizes I wanted.

I'll post a pic of my cake too all finished so you can see
