What is the best way to assemble a cookie basket (in a cup or flower pot)? I tried one for mother's day and was quite ashamed. icon_sad.gif Is the goal to fill up the cup with a lot of cookies or what? Thank you for your help. There are really some beautiful cookie bouquets in the cookie gallery.

Are you doing a basket (no sticks) or a bouquet (with sticks)?

When I do my bouquets, I start at the back with the tallest cookies, trying to have a nice shape and balance to the colors if they're not all the same. I work my way forward, making the sticks shorter so they don't hide the ones behind, and using smaller cookies in the front also.

If I'm doing all the same size and/or shape cookies, I still make each "row" shorter than the row behind so all the cookies can be seen, even if they're still partly hidden.

If that doesn't answer your question, give a little more detail about what you're having trouble with and we'll try to help! icon_smile.gif
