Princess cake is made using sponge or chiffon layers (3) filled with strawberry jam on the bottom layer and bavarian cream on the middle layer. It is then iced with whipped cream and covered with rolled marzipan. Any recipe you like for the cake and bavarian cream would work. Hope this helps!
