I'm doing cupcakes for my reception and the temperature will be in the lower 80 degrees, but dry. Will buttercream frosting hold up? If not, can anyone suggest something that will work better.
Also, I want to make flowers out of the chocolate modeling clay. Will these also melt? Would fondant flowers work better? Thanks for any help!
