Is a cheesecake still on the jiggly side when the baking time is up or does it need to cook longer?

it will have a little jiggle...a little wiggle...but not a WOBBLE icon_smile.gif

it wont be completely set in the middle if it is cooked right

A little jiggy. I prefer slight tan around the edges

It is good if it jiggles like jello, not like a wave motion.

A little jiggle is preferred... should set up fine overnight
