I plan to be running a home-based business.
I would like to get back into things slowly, and actually keep it that way--I need my sleep and the kids will be out of school soon!
I WILL say 'no' to an order if I am too busy that week.
Anyway, my question is specifically about the Viking and DeLongi/Kenwwod 7 qt mixers.
Any and all reviews would be appreciated.

TIA

I have a Kenwood KM816, 6,7 litres and I love it. The KA can't beat it imo. I make my own fondant, I can make a cake to serve 30 and so on. It is a real timesaver for me.

I Love, Love, Love my DeLonghi 7 qt mixer. I highly recommend it.
