I am looking for inverted wedding cake instructions. My daughter has requested one for her sweet 16 in june...can anyone help?

Mike's Amazing Cakes does these all the time. Have you thought about sending him a e-mail and asking how he does it? All he can do is not answer back. And if he does write you back, you could always tell us how to do it. icon_lol.gif

Colette's Wedding Cakes book has a Pineapple Upside Down cake where she gives instructions on making an inverted cake using styrofoam rounds for the lower 3 tiers, then actual cake for the top 2 tiers. It's looks a little involved but doable......

Thanks so much for the warm welcome! I'm working on a few of your ideas right now. I emailed Mike's Amazing Cakes (my idol) to see if he could offer any suggestions. I imagine that this will be a large labor of love for my daughter! I'll keep you informed!
