I have always had great luck with the "Enhanced Cake Mix Recipe"

Its nice and firm like a pound cake and you don't have to sacrifice on flavor

I'm wondering how this can be used for chocolate cake mix. Would cocoa powder need to be added to retain the dark chocolate fudge flavor of the cake? If yes, how much?

Hi Viki,

That's a great question, in fact I have noticed some lightening of color with chocolate cakes, just a bit.

I would say you need no more than a tablespoon of chocolate powder.
