I have to do a cake for Friday that the customer wants a fruit filling with bananas and strawberries. If i just used whipped cream and gently stir in the fruit do you think that will be ok? My other thought was taking some of the bc and mixing it with a little whipped cream (to thin it out) and then add a mashed banana to it and then adding the chuncks of fruit....Any ideas or thoughts?????

I use either a stabilized whipped icing or french vanilla pudding and put slices of strawberries and bananas in it for a filling. My customers love it.
