Just a quick question and thanks in advance! I plan on using whipped ganache on a cake tonight which will be served after lunch tomorrow. I have fridge space at home, but does it need to be refrigerated until it is served?

Thanks for your help!

How long could it stay out? Also I've never used it as icing before, can you do this or is it better as a filling?
Thank you!! icon_smile.gif

I'd recommend refrigeration, there's a lot of cream in it. It can be out for several hours without problems, but...
