Could anyone please give me some advice regarding colouring fondant. I need to make a cream/ivory fondant - can i just use small amounts of yellow? Also, how do i make royal icing a dark chocolate brown?

Thank you!!

there was a post earlier about the chocolate royal icing. Do a forum search & you will see it. I believe that you can use a very tiny amount of brown for ivory. yellow will not work.

I actually buy wilton ivory colour paste to mix into my white fondant. Otherwise you can buy readymade white chocolate fondant which is ivory in colour.

Thanks for that - I made the chocolate royal icing using cocoa powder and it looks great. I will try and get some Wilton Ivory paste today.
