Anyone have a recipe for that and an icing? My pita bil is getting married. He is diabetic and the stupid bride is wanting the WHOLE freaking cake to be diabetic friendly. Most diabetic cakes that I have eaten don't have a great texture or taste.
Anybody have any GOOD recipes that would work for a wedding cake? Icing similar to BC?

The Basic Yellow Cake made with Splenda, on the website, is pretty good. I would think you could replace the eggs with just egg whites and have a white cake. Can't help with the icings..the ones I tried were yucky!

That recipe looks like the one on the splenda site. I think it tastes like cardboard and doesn't feel much better.

I tried one from the Splenda website, called Spring Fling and it wasn't as good as the one listed on this website! It's not going to taste like a regular cake no matter what....but you could try the Splenda Blend...I think that might help with the texture/taste!
