I put a tad too much salt in my dream whip icing, is it fixable? I added a bit more sugar, but I don't want to keep trying and end up having to throw it away anyway. It's not too bad, just a little too salty.
I had this problem to the first time I made it, but the next day after it sat it mellowed out and didn't taste as salty. I think the sugar must have absorbed some of the salty taste?
