Ive never made a cake yet with cream cheese frosting, and a gal ordered one , i was wonderign if you all do the decorations with the cream cheese frosting, or do you just use it to frost it. I am guessing that CC frosting doesnt get all that stiff, or does it? thanks!

I use cream cheese frosting alot. It's a little thinner than buttercream but you can use it for piping and simple decorations. Most of the time I put the cake in the refrigerator because I don't want the icing to ruin. It stays very good. Good luck.
