Hi, all ~

I will be making a ballet cake with the slippers on top made of fondant. Can you all give me any pointers? I have the template from this site (from a thread).

Pointers on which part?

My suggestion on anything made of fondant, especially anything big like ballet slippers, would be to start EARLY. Fondant always takes much longer to dry than I think or hope it will.

Good luck with the cake, sounds like a cute idea. Post a photo when you're done.
