Can someone help me plz, I want to make chocolate chip sandwich cookies and put BC in the middle, but don't want it to come out so thick, so my question is how do I make it light and fluffy but able to hold.

Try thinning your BC with a little milk or water until it's the consistency you want. Good luck!
