Hi- I have a client that wants a champagne cake with cream cheese frosting. She would like the frosting to be an aqua color. Can I use coloring with cream cheese frosting or will it mess it up?
Thanks!

I do this all the time with the Wilton colors, and it worked fine. I haven't tried it with the Americolors, but I just got some to try with my next cake, but I bet it'll work fine. The colors may be shifted slightly towards ivory, but it's worked several times for me.

I used choco-bake,pre-melted chocolate, and it didn't mess it up. It was a little strechy to decorate with, though.
