we took our two small children to the USS Yorktown in Charleston, SC today, I saw this recipe for how to make 10.000 chocolate chip cookies while doing a tour through the ships bakery. I wonder how long it would take to make a batch of cookies this large... icon_surprised.gif . I just thought it was an interesting piece of history, and wanted to share one of the ships bakery's recipes.

Wonder how much it would cost to make it? hummm...

It would not be easy to mix up either.

I saw uge recipes like that on the USS Alabama too! I found that part of the ship very interesting. They always seemed to have a dessert on their menus everyday.

The coolest mixer I ever saw was when I was little...it was located in a high school kitchen and it was huge...it was a stand mixer that was soooo large it was situated on the floor...it was sooo cool...so I could definetely see this recipe being real!
