Does anyone know how to make a candy coating similar to the mini Cadbury Eggs or M&M's? Something I can dip or pour over my chocolates to get that candy crunch?
I want to make little Easter eggs, but would like to have them pastel colors and I'm not a big fan of white chocolate.
Thanks!
I may be wrong, but I think you can only get that texture with a coating pan. It spins to rotate the candy. You can get them to attach to a K/A mixer, but they cost about $400 or more.
I would love an aswer to this as well, its something I have wanted to do for a long time.
I have just found a recipe on the food network that might just do the trick. Its Mama's Divinity and all you need to do is leave the nuts out. This should work. If you try it let us know if it works.
