I have been asked to make a cake for an engagement party. Does anyone have any ideas. Also my neice is graduating with a Master's Degree in Social Work. She has requested that I make her cake. She wants three tiers similar to a wedding cake. Does anyone have any ideas for me. I have seen a lot of cakes on this website that are beautiful. Please help.

for the grad cake on the top tear you could make a grad cap and use that for the top of the cake. You could use decorations out of fondant or whatever of scrolls, gowns, books, school emblem, streamers. How you decorate also depends on how to tier it. If you are going to seperate all three. you could do each one different. top the cap, middle someting about the masters degree, bottom the school.

Just some thoughts.

For an engagement cake , you could do a ring box.
