I have a "petting zoo" cake to do in a few weeks and I would like to learn how to make gumpaste or fondant critters. In particular cows and horses. I made a pig and its cute, but I'm having trouble with everyone else. Thanks for your help!

try googleing polemer caly tutorials, or look in the gallery under tenplets there are some great ones there. maybe someone else could help alitte more. I personally love the clay tutorial, I use them all the time. try this one it doesn't have that many animals but I like alot of there projects. hopfully you acn get some use out of it.
