Made cookies last night for school pot luck, kids arent allowed to do bake sales as they might get fat! but they can do pot luck lunches. Problem is had to make and send them in a few hours. Wanted the kids to help rather than just " put in an order" from mom.
went to move them to under a light to dry faster and dropped them ! of course many went upside down. I had even written names on them all! Of course I had run out of icing sugar and icing so had to repipe names with some frozen cream cheese left over icing- morally of the story- even if the kids want to help- sometimes it makes things too rushed
oh well at least they taste good, and the small child can know fill in with royal icing!

..all is well that ends well!
