Hi there, bear with me as I am new to the CC family...I have seen some super cute cakes with characters made with "MMF". What is this wonderful stuff? Is it like candy clay? Easier/harder to work with? And does CC have a recipe?
Thanks for all the great ideas and encouragement by the way. Yall are great!

Welcome to CC!! You will love it icon_smile.gif MMF is Marshmellow Fondant. If you look under the recipe tab and then click Fondant you will see the recipe. I made it for the first time on Sunday. It was easy to use and taste like Marshmellows.

Oh, I use Marshmellow Fondant "MMF" all the time for cake covering and bows, but I've never tried to make figures with it. Is candy clay better for figures or MMF. (now that I know what it means, I want to use it all the time icon_biggrin.gif

I like candy clay or rolled butter cream for my figures, I like mmf for covering cakes...

But everyone has theier own style. They both will work, give it a try and see what suits you best!
