Hi All,

I was thinking about using the champagne cake recipe on this website for my brother's graduation cake, but I'm at a loss for a filling. His graduation is in May in Tucson, Arizona, so it will be kind of warm by then. Can anyone suggest a good no refrigeration filling for this cake? Thanks so much!

Strawberry, cherry, red raspberry, white chocolate............

Fresh fruit fillings are great with champagne, especially strawberry and raspberry!

There are lots of fillings on this website, as well as other good stuff. Maybe you can find something here:

A peach flavored filling and frosting on the cake could be a Peach Bellini cake, and along those same lines, a lightly orange flavored fill/frost would be a Mimosa.
