I was wondering which Kitchenaid stand mixer you use. Right now I can purchase a Heavy Duty 350 watt, 10 speed for $140 (Reg price is $300) and was wondering what you guys think of this mixer.
Thanks in advance for your advice!

For $140 I'd buy it. I only have a 4.5 qt 325 watt and it has never been a probloem. From bread doughs, cakes etc to potatoes it works great

I have the sunbeam Heritage Stand Mixer, and it is a 450 Watt, comes with 2 stainless steel bowls, and I think it has more room to add ingredients. Plus you can scrape the sides without having to stop the mixer every time. Kohls has it on sale for $127.00 It's excellent! Don't know what I'd do without it!

I would go for it. I've only had a KitchenAid, so I can't compare it to anything else, but it's been great and very versatile. There are so many options with attachments and accessories, and they are strong machines.

It's a great deal. Hard to pass up! Good luck with your decision.

I just got my first kitchenaid this past Christmas and I would be lost without it. That is not a bad price at all. Go for it and good luck!

I was borrowing the Artesian and then I got the Classic Plus for x-mas. I like the Artesian better but hey at least I have one of my own now. A handled bowl would be nice though.

I have the 4.5 quart for about 15 years now and it is still working hard, and got the 8 quart for Christmas and I have been working it hard since. I love them both! Run now and get one!!! You will wonder how you ever lived without it.

I borrowed my mom's ka during x-mas because I had so much stuff to make .... I couldn't bear going back to the handheld like before but I got lucky and was able to pick up the series 5 professional at a store called Tuesday Morning like two weeks ago for $200....I think at $140 it's a great deal

One of the first things I asked for when I started decorating cakes was a KA. Before I got it I burned up 3 handheld mixers. Love my KA, can't live w/o it.
